The idea of tolerance is practical, because it is the condition of human dignity. Discrimination of following the remarks, apartheid, vorozhna’s art, genocide, living along with the tolerance of a tolerant protest until the perceptions of us. Meanwhile, the question of tolerance has being solwing for centuries by understanding of deep mutual ties between all people.. «That since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defences of peace must be constructed» (UNESCO Constitution).
