dc.description.abstract	At the beginning of the third decade of the 21st century, radical changes are taking place in the content and character of international relations and world politics. The prerequisites for the formation of a multipolar world order are emerging, as evidenced by the emergence of new centers of power and influence on the development of the international economy. Despite all the difficulties and problems, global economic ties are being built, integration associations of the USA, the collective west and Ukraine are being created. At the same time, the question of organizing satellite systems for monitoring the transportation of valuable cargo is acute.
