dc.description.abstractModern people complain that there are not enough hours in the day, and their mailboxes are full of emails. It is now widely believed that our life is faster than it used to be. The blame lies with the development of technologies that should make our lives easier and free up a lot of time, but in fact our time is only more absorbed by digital technology. It seems that there weren't we who subjugated information, but it subordinated us. These theses reveal the question of "acceleration of time": why do people experience a “shortage of free time" and what can to do about it?
