dc.description.abstractBasic conceptual theses about decomposition and introduction of city information resourses that are the basis for city geoinformation system design and creation approach are considered. Organization and production structure and conceptual architecture of city geoinformation system are suggested. In order to decrease the costs of the development and introduction, the set of freely available software products PostGis/PostgreSQL as instrumental software means is proposed.
