Анотація
This work is devoted to young people in a risky society. In recent years, the concept of risk has been applied to a much larger number of areas of life in modern societies. More often, we are talking not only about man-made, environmental, financial, and economic risks, but also about the risks of social inequality, politics and power, health, organization management, information security and media, lifestyles, and everyday life. Existence in a «global risk society» also implies consolidation of efforts to assess risks, manage them, and develop risk countermeasures at various levels. At the micro level, it is necessary to identify those vulnerable risk groups that need social assistance from both governmental and non-governmental and charitable organizations.
