Abstract

To analyze the current results of social robotics, it is suggested to consider how people perceive emotions expressed by an artificial agent, such as facial expression and body condition. Also we can evaluate the similarities and differences in emotions in artificial agents compared to human, In addition to accurately recognizing the emotional state of an artificial agent, it is important to understand how people respond to these emotions. Systematic comparison of emotional and non-emotional agents in the proposed method will allow to make objective statements about the usefulness of emotional control of both biological and artificial agents.
