Abstract

For the production of piezoelectric plates the most characteristic parameters there are their geometrical sizes and frequency of own vibrations. Research of correlation connection of geometrical sizes of a few different parties of such plates and their own frequencies of vibrations is conducted in work. As a result of research of correlation of production piezoelectric plates their capacity and possibility of the use was confirmed as stabilizators of frequency and generators elements, and also statistical materials which in future can be applied for upgrading production of piezoelectric plates are got.
