Abstract

The processes of globalization, informatization and European integration taking place in Ukrainian society require all branches of education to form a comprehensively developed citizen. A citizen of the future digital society must adequately assess his place in the state and the international community. A modern person constantly encounters different worldviews and cultural formations and is forced to acquire new qualities necessary for successful activity in the modern world. In this context, the development of critical thinking becomes especially important, since it allows a person to analyze information, evaluate its reliability and make independent conclusions.
