Abstract

This work is devoted to the development of an educational content delivery platform based on fog computing with cryptographic protection. The limitations of existing learning management systems (Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams) under unstable Internet conditions were analyzed. A five-level architecture is proposed that combines student devices, intermediary devices, university fog nodes, an inter-university fog network, and a central server. The cryptographic scheme ensures authorship, integrity, and confidentiality of transmitted works. It has been found that the inter-university fog network with multiple delivery channels, including physical transmission of visual codes on paper, significantly increases the reliability of the educational process
