Abstract

The report presents a systems approach to the decomposition of budgeting tasks within the enterprise. A transition from the traditional linear understanding of budgeting to a hierarchical system of interconnected optimization tasks is proposed. The problem is formalized as a multi-level structure that covers the meta-, macro- and micro-levels of system design and operational optimization. This approach contributes to comprehensive automation and increases the adaptability of budget management in dynamic market conditions. System-wide optimization reduces time and money costs, while simultaneously increasing the overall efficiency of the enterprise budgeting process
