dc.description.abstract	The work considers the social phenomenon of bullying as a long process of conscious violent attitude, aggressive behavior, causing harm, causing fear, anxiety and able to create a negative environment for humans. The author considers legal remedies as part of the system of countering bullying, characterizes the features of legal evaluation of bullying and features of legal responsibility.
