Abstract

The report examines the issue of personality adaptation in the context of an information society from a psychological perspective. It is argued that the development of technology and the increase in information flow affect a person's mental state. Factors that influence personality adaptation to the information environment, such as social media, online games, technical innovations, and others, are analyzed. The positive and negative aspects of using information technology and its impact on human psychology are highlighted. Methods and techniques that can help in adapting to the conditions of the information society are discussed.
