Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of logical paradoxes and their role in the development of logical theory. Logical paradoxes are statements or arguments that lead to a contradiction while adhering to seemingly sound reasoning. The study briefly reviews several classic examples and outlines the main difficulties they pose for traditional logic. Particular attention is paid to different approaches to resolving paradoxes, including semantic refinement and formal logical constraints. It is argued that paradoxes reveal the limits of logical systems and encourage their improvement. Thus, the analysis of paradoxes deepens the understanding of coherence and truth in logic
