Цифрова безпека як компонент компетентності науково-педагогічного працівника

Abstract

The paper addresses digital security as a structural component of the professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers. Based on the DigCompEdu framework and the Ukrainian national framework for digital competence, the content and structure of digital security competence are examined. The study analyzes the psychological barriers that prevent educators from adopting safe digital practices, including low digital self-efficacy, anxiety in the digital environment, and insufficient awareness of cyber threats. Key threats to the digital educational environment are identified and the necessity of systematic integration of digital security into professional development programs is substantiated.
