Abstract

This paper is devoted to the development of an intelligent web system for optimizing the sale of products with a short shelf life. The study addresses the need to reduce food waste and improve the distribution of products between businesses and consumers. The proposed system allows stores and catering establishments to publish offers for products that need to be sold quickly at reduced prices. Users can view available offers, choose nearby locations, and purchase products at a lower cost. This approach helps reduce food losses, reduce consumer expenses, and increase business efficiency. The results confirm the prospects of using digital platforms for the rational use of food resources
