Анотація
The article is devoted to the problems of the transformation of the national state in the conditions of the globalization of the modern world. It is proven that one of the fundamental characteristics of globalization is the weakening and erosion of the regulatory functions of the national state and the transformation of the traditional form of social organization into a new form. In the 21st century Humanity faced an unprecedented task: to find mechanisms for regulating the global economy, ecology, and other spheres of society. The process of transformation of the existing nation-state form of organization of society into a new form is already underway. And all states and international organizations take part in this process.
