dc.description.abstract	The article considers the problems of interconnection and interaction of politics and religion in the modern information society. It has been shown that politics and religion have always been close, but the nature of their interaction has gradually changed. Some trends in modern religious development allow us to predict the multiplicity of religious systems in the future, the links between which will contribute to the formation of qualitatively new processes in relations between various international actors. One of such trends may be changes in the geography of various religions of the world, especially the world – Christianity, Islam and Buddhism
