О.In the presented work, the analysis of the influence of interference and accidental loss of the received response signals due to the final availability factor of the aircraft responder of the airspace surveillance requesting systems on the time position of the decoded signals is carried out. It was shown that a decrease in the readiness factor of an aircraft responder, as well as the probability of detecting single pulses of the used response signals in requesting radar systems for observing the airspace, leads to an increase in both the delay of the output pulses and to an increase in the magnitude of the dispersion. The method of decoding response signals with inter-period pre-processing of response signals is more preferable due to the fact that it has both a shorter delay time and a variance in the estimation of the delay time in comparison with the method of decoding with subsequent inter-period processing of the received signals.

Е.In the presented work, on the basis of the introduced integral indicator of the quality of information support for decision makers in the Air Traffic Control system, the security of the Identification Friend or Foe systems was assessed under the action of intentional simulated interrogation signals flows in the interrogation channel. It is shown that jamming of intentional correlated interference of the required intensity in the interrogation channel allows paralyzing the aircraft responder of Identification Friend or Foe systems, which reduces the likelihood of correct identification of air objects and, as a result, eliminates the accuracy of information in the Air Traffic Control system.

В.The presented work analyzes the effect of random loss of received signals due to the finite availability factor of aircraft responders of requesting radar surveillance systems on the optimal algorithm for processing response signals. It is shown that the optimal detection algorithm when the detector and the device for estimating the parameters of the received signal data work together is reduced to comparing the likelihood ratio averaged over the measured parameter with the threshold level. Its value is determined not only by the costs of errors of the first and second kind, but also by a priori data on the measured parameter, as well as by the results of processing the adopted implementation in the meter.

С.In the work presented it is shown that the use of time-domain codes and positional codes as request signals and response signals, as well as the implementation aircraft transponder based on the principles of an open single-channel queuing system with failures lead to a significant decrease in both the noise immunity of the information systems under consideration when deliberate correlated interference operates in the request channel, and to a decrease in information security. The approach is based on the analysis of both information request signals and response signals, as well as the principles of constructing secondary radar systems in general and an aircraft transponder in particular. It is also shown that with the optimal choice of the transmission probability of flight data from air objects and the number of channels for processing received flight data, depending on the possible number of air objects located at the same azimuth, it is possible to optimize the probability of transmission of flight data in the response channel of secondary radar systems.
