Публікація Computed tomography dataset analysis for stereotaxic neurosurgery navigation(2019) Avrunin, O.; Tymkovych, M.; Semenets, V.; Piatykop, V.Experience of design methods of image-guided navigation for stereotaxis neurosurgery is described. The above approach allows obtaining high accuracy to identify spatial the position of the reference stereotactic landmarks. Visualization of the contours of the third ventricle gives the ability to calculate the center of intracerebral stereotactic coordinates system. Use of the proposed techniques in the clinic allows significantly (up to 20%) to improve the effectiveness of stereotactic operations in parkinsonism. Methods for computer tomography image processing are proposed and analyzed. Further, increase accuracy stereotactic targeting functional surgery is associated with the development of machine analysis algorithms tomographic data with a view maximum recognition automation intracerebral landmarks taking into account their individual variability and allow to improve systems for surgical planning by using virtual and full-scale simulation modeling of the main stages a surgical intervention.Публікація Formalization of the reengineering problem of ground-based environmental monitoring networks topological structures(2021) Beskorovainyi, V.; Semenets, V.Changes in operating conditions or monitoring tools reduces the effectiveness of existing options for implementing networks and requires their reengineering. To ensure the effectiveness of design solutions, it is proposed to jointly solve the problems of structural, topological, parametric and technological optimization of system networks in terms of a variety of indicators. The basic formulation of the problem of reengineering of the topological structures of centralized three-level ground networks has been determined, for which a set of feasible solutions and estimates of indicators of costs, efficiency, reliability and survivability are formalized. Taking into account the fact that the cardinalities of the sets of admissible functioning technologies, parameters of elements and connections of networks are insignificant, the main difficulties are in solving problems of optimizing their topological structures. Such problems are solved with a variety of functional and cost indicators, taking into account numerous restrictions. The proposed universal functions for scalar estimation of options more accurately describe the preferences of the decision-maker and reduce the time complexity of the estimation procedures. Mathematical relationships were obtained to assess options for building centralized three-level networks in terms of costs, efficiency, reliability and survivability. Their use makes it possible to carry out scalar evaluations of alternative options in automatic mode. The proposed options evaluation functions more accurately describe the benefits of the design decision maker and allow reducing the time complexity of the evaluation proceduresПублікація On the Theory of a Pulse Microwave-Pumped Laser(2019) Semenets, V.; Kopot, M.; Gritsunov, A.; Bondarenko, I.A new construction of the microwave-pumped laser based on the light-pumping cell that uses radiation of sulfur vapor exposed to electromagnetic waves of the microwave band is described. Advantages of this design are the simple structure, high efficiency of the optical pumping cell, the possibility of cooling the pumping element, and easiness of modifying the emission spectrum of the optical pumping by changing the chemical composition of admixtures in the sulfur light-emitting cell. A mathematical tool for the simulation of the short-pulse operation of the microwave-pumped laser is proposed basing on the generalized wave equation solving for a regular transmission line with essentially nonlinear dispersion characteristic and substantial dissipation. In this case, emphasis is placed on ensuring the universality of the means of description, without regard to artificial limitations on the data typification and categorization. Two types of logical existence rules are introduced: functional and structural ones, which allow analyzing not only explicitly defined, but also logically deducible information objects, that is, determining the boundary of the subject area. The expressions describing such a model are derived. A formula for the parametric spectral estimation of a random signal multiplicative model is given. Relations are obtained for the decomposition of the multimode power spectral density into simple spectral components. Examples of the decomposition of multimode spectra of random signals into simpler components are considered.
