Публікація Automated modeling of shaft leading elements in the rear axle gear(SPC, 2018) Matarneh, Rami; Sotnik, S.; Belova, N.; Lyashenko, V.The aim of this work is to automate the design process of the "shaft leading" of the rear axle gear in order to reduce the time and effort. All the technical requirements for the design process are given and SolidWorks development medium is selected. A 3D model was developed and steel material 40X was added and its parameters were specified. These different directions are determined by the properties of the plastic. Nevertheless, the high quality of plastic products is important. To achieve quality, first of all, it is necessary to avoid defects in the casting of plastic products. We have considered the traditional approaches to the definition of casting defects molded. We also made an overview of the main defects in injection molding. The factors of deformation of plastic products were considered. The analysis of the reasons and ways of elimination of defects of plastic products is carried out. The possibility of considering various defects of plastic products in the form of a generalized binary matrix is shown. Features of time characteristics for production of plastic products are investigated. The main stages in the methodology of time optimization characteristics for the production of plastic products are given. The proposed methodology allows to increase productivity and optimize the time characteristics of the process of production of plastic products, taking into account the preservation of the quality of plastic products which is achieved by reducing the casting cycle. The methodology for kinematic calculation of the main drive machine motion is considered. The modeling of the mounting tool holder detail is carried out. UNIGRAPHICS NX 7.5 creates a sketch and assembly of work piece parts. Modeling a detail in the UNIGRAPHICS NX with the specified properties will allow you to achieve maximum performance at all creating stages the design elements of the machine.Публікація Modeling of the Forming Process for Aluminum Detail(Scholars Middle East Publishers, 2018) Lyashenko, V.; Matarneh, Rami; Sotnik, S.; Belova, N.In the work, modeling of the forming process for aluminum detail was carried out. As a detail, "Pen" is chosen for which the material AK6M2 is determined, taking into account its physico-chemical properties. In the beginning, a 3D detail model is constructed, using the SolidWorks program. Then in the program Nova Flow, entire process of filling the mold in real time, rate of filling the mold cavity with metal, hardening time of the casting was determined. The temperature change dynamics of the casting after filling the mold is investigated. Possible nodes are susceptible to formation of shrinkage shells.Публікація Polymers in cardiovascular surgery(Innovare Academic Sciences, 2018) Matarneh, Rami; Sotnik, S.; Lyashenko, V.Surgical intervention is still one of the most important treatment methods to investigate or treat a pathological condition, and the cardiovascular surgery is considered one of the most important types of surgical interventions at all. The uniqueness of a human body and the impossibility of its full procreation, enforces the use of various auxiliary materials such as polymers to carry out the most difficult surgery while ensuring further vital activity. In this paper, we explore the features of polymers which are used in cardiovascular surgery, discussing the existing variety of such polymers and the orientations of their use. Depending on the carried out analysis, the classification of main types of polymers had been offered which are the most suitable for cardiovascular surgery, besides generalized classification of polymeric products defects. The obtained results enable to immediately identify all significant factors that may lead to emergence defect for the purpose of its control and prevention to improve the quality of surgical intervention and stabilize the patient’s cardiovascular system.Публікація Search of the Molding Form Connector Plane on the Approximation Basis By the Many-Sided Surface With Use of the Convex Sets Theory(TJPRC Pvt. The important aspect of such technology, processes should be considered as high-quality production of molding forms for the subsequent production of plastic products. It allows to unify production of difficult products, to increase optimality procedures of their production, reliability and quality of the received products. The general ideology of the search for the molding form connector plane is revealed by means of an approximation with a many-sided surface. The technique of searching for the connector plane molding form using the theory of convex sets has been developed. The generalized technique for searching of the molding form connector plane of plastic products on the basis of approximation of a many-sided surface with the use of the theory of convex sets is offered. The possibility of application of this technique for the solution of a task of increasing the accuracy of linear and circular interpolation of a movement trajectory of the tool cutting edge on the processing center is shown.Публікація Voice Control for Flexible Medicine Robot(Published by Seventh Sense Research Group, 2018) Matarneh, Rami; Maksymova, S.; Zeleniy, A.; Lyashenko, V.The use of robots in medicine is a promising direction of research. The possibility of controlling a medical robot with the help of a voice is considered. We use a logical model to form voice commands. A set of commands for carrying out intracranial operations is presented. The results obtained can be used to create a subsystem for entering the voice information of a medical robot.
