This is necessary for the automation of construction work. We selected multi-layer perceptron for separate words recognition tasks. We researcheddifferent forms of hidden layer. And we made a conclusion that for voice commands analysis tasks solution it is expedient to use multi-layer perceptron with linearized functions (the best result was achieved using model with hidden layer with linearized hyperbolic tangent function). In the same context, processing of microscopic images in medicine has high priority research area, this is because such studies allow conducting comprehensive diagnosis of human health state, identifying and preventing the development of diseases in the early stages and providing additional research in non-standard symptomatic forms of rare diseases. To overcome analyzing and processing complexities of microscopic images the feasibility of using wavelet analysis methodology had been considered with a high attention to the effect of wavelet transform scaling which is used to detect contours of objects in the image. The new approach showed that the effectiveness of contour detection is largely depends on wavelet transform scaling to identify gaps in the wavelet decomposition of the investigated images.Публікація Contrast Modification as a Tool to Study the Structure of Blood Components(JECET, 2016) Lyashenko, V.; Matarneh, R.; Kobylin, O.This paper focuses on the analysis and processing of blood microscopic images because of its importance to do a comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of human health. Due to the complexity of such work, we did explore various possible methods such as histogram equalization of brightness values (luminance), non-linear stretching of dynamic range of brightness values, masks filtering and fuzzy masking to get more accurate results. Color segmentation method has been used to analyze the structure of blood microscopic images. The results have showed that image segmentation increases when using fuzzy masking method, which in turn leads to increase and improve the analysis of blood microscopic images.Публікація Development of an Information Model for Industrial Robots Actuators(IOSR, 2019) Matarneh, R.; Sotnik, S.; Deineko, Z.; Lyashenko, V.This work aims to develop a classification model for drives actuators features depending on their feature. The proposed model consists of nine levels that include the most common actuators, which in turn will facilitate easy identification of relationships and ease of finding alternatives. On the basis of the proposed classification, an information model of actuator alternatives has been created, which reflects key information about them. One of directions of use of image processing technology is the study of fauna and flora, and in particular, the detection and diagnose of diseases of some representatives of fauna. In this article, we looked at the possibility of studying fish diseases by applying the methodology of color image segmentation. The surfaces of fish body considered the main information source to detectinfections. We successfully have detect infected areas on fish body and identified a total area of lesions.The proposed method makes it possible to automate the process and reduce the time of diagnosis of Infectious dangerous fish diseases.Публікація Evaluation of Technical Efficiency in the Reflection of the Bank Management(Everant Publisher, 2017) Khrystoforova, O.; Matarneh, R.; Lyashenko, V.Banks play an important role in the financial system of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the effectiveness of management by each bank. We consider the relationship between the technical efficiency of banking and the costs of conducting banking activities. We showed consistency between technical efficiency and cost per unit volume of loans. However, this can not be argued from the point of view of attracting resources to banks deposit accounts. The analysis is carried out on a sample of banks in Ukraine within the period from 2009 to 2014 years.Публікація Hurst Exponent as a Part of Wavelet Decomposition Coefficients to Measure Long-term Memory Time Series Based on Multiresolution Analysis(SciEP, 2016) Lyashenko, V.; Matarneh, R.; Baranova, V.; Deineko, Z.Processing and analysis of data sequences using wavelet-decomposition and subsequent analysis of the all relevant coefficients of such decomposition is one of strong methods to study various processes and phenomena. The key point of data sequence analysis lies in the concept of Hurst exponent. This is due to the fact that Hurst exponent gives an indication of the complexity and dynamics of the correlation structure of any given time series taking into consideration the importance of Hurst exponent estimation for such analysis. There are various methods and approaches to find the Hurst exponent estimation with varying degrees of accuracy and complexity. Therefore, in this paper we have made an attempt to prove the possibility of considering an estimation of Hurst exponent based on the properties of coefficients of wavelet decomposition of a given time series. The obtained results which mainly based on the properties of detailing coefficients of wavelet decomposition show that estimation is easy to calculate and comparable with classic estimation of Hurst exponent. Also ratios has been obtained, that allow to analyze the self-similarity of a given time series.Публікація Relationship between the Financial Security of Bank Employees and the Efficiency of Bank's Activities: A Case Study on Banks of Ukraine(SAS Publishers, 2016) Vasyurenko, O.; Khosha, M.; Matarneh, R.; Lyashenko, V.The banking system presents an open, multifaceted and meaningful set of different institutional units within a single monetary market. The effectiveness of such a system also largely determines the set of continuous mobilities of financial flows. At the same time the development of any economic entities, including banks, is impossible without the appropriate activities of its staff. Thus it is necessary to know the effectiveness of the action of the bank staff. Therefore in this paper we considered the feasibility of using the stochastic frontier analysis methodology to measure the effectiveness of financial security on bank employees. Also analyzed the relationship between different variables that determine the relative effectiveness of the model frontier. We also have shown that the significant influence on the formation efficiency of financial security of bank employees is by the number of personnel and the volume of deposits. This study was conducted on a group of local banks in Ukraine. It was noted that the number of staff and reduction in the volume of loans may adversely affect the efficiency of the formation of financial security of their personnel.Публікація Software for Voice Control Robot: Example of Implementation(Scientific Research Publishing, 2017) Maksymova, S.; Matarneh, R.; Lyashenko, V.Considering software for voice control robot, the main application window is shown. The examples illustrate various robot controls. The structure of the management team is developed. The grammar of various commands is described. A library of words is proposed, which the operator can enter to achieve the set goals. The main elements of the library are listed. To provide voice control, a sequence of actions is provided, which must be followed by the operator. Therefore, we consider different systems of speech recognition. We divided them into two main classes: (1) open -source and (2) close-source code. As close-source software the following were selected: Dragon Mobile SDK, Google Speech Recognition API, Siri, Yandex SpeechKit and Microsoft Speech API. While the following were selected as open-source software: CMU Sphinx, Kaldi, Julius, HTK, iAtros, RWTH ASR and Simon. The comparison mainly based on accuracy, API, performance, speed in real-time, response time and compatibility. the variety of comparison axes allow us to make detailed description of the differences and similarities, which in turn enabled us to adopt a careful decision to choose the appropriate system depending on our need.Публікація Stochastic Frontier Analysis as a Tool for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Banks Lending To the Real Economic Sectors in Ukraine(Everant Publisher, 2016) Baranova, V.; Kots, G.; Matarneh, R.; Lyashenko, V.This work focuses on the fluctuations of rating values of the bank lending efficiency in the real sector of the economy. The analysis is carried out on a sample of banks in Ukraine within the period from 2015 to 2016 years. To examining the values of bank lending efficiency in the real sector of Ukraine’s economy, the article considers the efficiency stochastic boundary model, which is use the intermediary function for bank functioning description based on the asset approach. The forms of distribution by particular efficiency value levels of bank lending in the real sector of Ukraine’s economy had been analyzed in detail. Results have revealed the tendency to increase in average values of bank lending efficiency in the real sector of Ukraine’s economy. This is observed against the background of a reduction the number of banks and an actual lending to the real sector of the economy. At the same time it is shown that of bank lending efficiency the real sector of Ukraine’s economy is determined in many respects a balanced deposits-loans system.Публікація System Model Tooling For Injection Molding(IAEME publication, 2017) Sotnik, S.; Matarneh, R.; Lyashenko, V.Optimization of scientific research and the introduction of their results into the real process is the basis for the development of modern production. We formalized the model of technological equipment for injection molding. This allows us to perform static and dynamic modeling of the creation and management of complex structures.Публікація Using the Properties of Wavelet Coefficients of Time Series for Image Analysis and Processing(SciEP, 2016) Lyashenko, V.; Matarneh, R.; Deineko, Z.Image processing is used in many fields of knowledge; because it allows to automate processes to get more information about the object being studied. Image processing techniques are many and varied. Wavelet analysis is one of such techniques. Among various methods and approaches of wavelet processing we distinguish the ideology of multiresolution wavelet analysis. The essence of this ideology is to perform wavelet decomposition on test data and the subsequent analysis of the relevant factors of this decomposition (the wavelet coefficients). An important aspect is the consideration of the properties of the wavelet coefficients. Based on this, we have examined the feasibility of using the properties of detailing wavelet coefficients to study and compare different images. We have introduced additional characteristics of images on the basis of sets of detailing wavelet coefficients decomposition. These characteristics reflect the dynamics of change in mean and variance for the detailing of the coefficients of the wavelet decomposition. We have shown that the dynamic changes in mean and variance of detailing coefficients of wavelet decomposition can be used to analyze and compare different images.Публікація Voice Control for an Industrial Robot as a Combination of Various Robotic Assembly Process Models(Scientific Research Publishing, 2017) Maksymova, S.; Matarneh, R.; Lyashenko, V.; Belova, N.Models for the design of assembly processes are considered. Various models for the voice control of an industrial robot are considered: a logical model, semantic networks, a frame model and Petri nets. It is shown that this set of models allows describing the process of designing the technological process for an industrial robot. The logical model of the technological process allows you to define logical relationships. A model based on semantic networks describes the relationship between assembly units in a detail. This allows you to determine the order and method of registration, as well as the mutual orientation of assembly units in the product. The frame model provides the ability to streamline the execution of the build process. A model based on Petri nets allows one to describe the type and sequence of technological transitions. Based on the proposed models, a method of voice control for an industrial robot is developed. The basic principles of voice control for an industrial robot are considered.
