Such an investment is possible both with the help of bank lending and on the basis of investment. Each of the approaches has its own advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, we consider investment. Investing comes in various types and forms. One of the types of investment is raising the necessary funds throu gh investment funds. For these purposes, stock market instruments are used. We are considering an ETF fund. We examine the dynamics of the fund's main ETF instruments. For this analysis, we use descriptive statistics and wavelet analysis tools. Currently, much attention is paid to IT technologies that contribute to the development o f business entities, the introduction of new processes, and the formation of an innovative paradigm. This allows us to talk about the importance of IT companies in the formation of sustainable economic development, relationships between contractors and par tners. Most of these companies are listed on the stock market where their securities are located. The display of such an appeal is the dynamics of prices for the relevant shares. The paper considers quotes for shares of leading high-tech companies. To do this, we use standard statistical methods, a quantitative comparison procedure, and wavelet theory. As a result of the analysis, we obtained various dependencies and data estimates, which are presented in the form of stock prices. The findings allow us to u nderstand the dynamics that exist in the IT companies market. We can also develop approaches to the choice of investment strategies when implementing innovative solutions. The article contains many figures and diagrams. In order to carry out binarization license plates, features of existing (LPC) were first analyzed. A review of most well -known classification of binarization methods was carried out, and on basis of analysis, classification was proposed, which will be divided into four general classes, which distinguishes our classification from known ones. A fallback class has also been added. To understand such dynamics, an important aspect is to study quotes for futures, indices and stocks. Based on this, the paper examines various aspects of conducting a comparative analysis of data on futures for the Dow Jones, S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices. We consider simple aspects of statistical analysis, as well as the mutual dynamics of such indicators. For these purposes, the methodology for estimating wavelet coherence is used. The paper presents graphical estimates of such characteristics. The aim of the paper is to analyze the statements and research results of various experts on COVID modeling and the implementation of a systems approach concept for the selection of a combination of models, hardware and software. Modification of modeling, prediction methods to control the emergence, development and elimination of the consequences of the "so-called pandemic" COVID. For the problem at hand a comprehensive solution of the COVID monitoring problem can be proposed which has a combination of different modeling techniques. We also provide specific data from the analysis based on wavelet coherence. These results are presented in the form of charts that help to understand some predictive estimates, be useful for future research , and confirm some data.Публікація Generalized Procedure for Determining the Collision-Free Trajectory for a Robotic Arm(IRAQI, 2023) Al-Sharo Yasser Mohammad; Abu-Jassar Amer Tahseen; Sotnik S.; Lyashenko V.Robotic systems play an important role in the development and modernization processes of production, facilitation of labor, and human life. The robotic manipulators are outstanding among such systems. Such robots can be used for various spheres of their application. In this case, there is the manipulator’s effective control problem in the working area, of which there may be various obstacles. Therefore, a procedure is required to find the optimal path for moving the robotic arm. To develop such a procedure, the literature was reviewed, and the structural diagram of the ontrol system of such a robot and its components was summarized. It proposed a mathematical formalization of the search for the optimal path to move the robot arm, an algorithm based on a modified method of navigation graphs, to realize the more natural movement of the robot arm. Experimental studies were conducted with different numbers of objects on the path of robot arm movement, which were combined into groups. Raising funds is possible through bank lending or through the securities market. We consider investments that are received in the stock market. For these purposes, as a rule, ETF funds are used. This allows you to diversify the source of borrowing and reduce risks. But at the same time, one should pay attention to the markets where such funds operate. Each regional market has its own specifics, factors that determine the characteristics of securities trading. You should also take into account the relationship between such structural units of the overall investment process. For the analysis, we use descriptive statistics that help to understand the current trends for investing in the market. We also use wavelet coherence, which is the basis for modeling relationships. This is nec essary in order to assess the impact of different segments of the ETF market. The paper considers such countries as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Croatia, Hungary. The results obtained allow: to evaluate investment decisions, choosing an effective strategy. The banking sector is an important segment of the financial market. Banks normalize and ensure the continuity of the movement of various financial flows between different economical agents. At the same time, banks play an important role in international trade. Banks contribute to ensuring the parity of currency quotes, mutual settlements between countries, and support the movement of financial flows at the international level. For such provision, an important point is the mutual analysis of the banking systems of different countr ies. One of the indicators of the functioning of different banking systems are the corresponding stock indices. We consider the dynami cs of changes in a number of such stock indices for some countries in Europe, Asia and America. We also consider some statistical characteristics of the dynamics of changes in the corresponding stock indices selected for analysis. This allows a better understanding of the functioning and development of the respective banking systems. For analysis, we use the wavelet ideology . We consider the corresponding wavelet coherence estimates. The paper presents a series of graphs and charts that allow you to understand the results of this study. A review of PHP programming popular areas implementation is carried out. Also in work are considered three top PHP frameworks. The paper discusses in detail mechanisms of processes of users authentication and personalization, since this is important and relevant for modern commercial Web-projects. This allows you to study the problem in detail and possibly without surgical intervention. We can get information about the microcosm and justify the necessary treatment options. Such a study of the task at hand also contributes to obtaining additional information as a result of a more detailed analysis. It is also possible to conduct a comparative analysis, which is important in the diagnostic process. However, in order to produce the most reliable results, it is important to have a good quality digital image. There should be no interference or distortion here. For these purposes, special methods of pre-processing of medical images are used. This allows you to significantly improve the quality of the input image. As a specific example, we consider digital images of fatty liver lesions taken under a microscope. The paper presents real medical images and the results of their analysis after pre-processing and searching for lesions.
