Публікація Agent-Based Model as a Research Tool(International Journal of Academic Information Systems Research, 2022) Kuzomin, O.; Lyashenko, V.The issues of analysis and research of applied issues based on multi-agent modeling are considered. The results of a literature review on the research topic are presented. The main features of existing solutions using multi -agent modeling are shown. An agent-based model for modeling and analyzing the dynamics of the infectious process is presented.Публікація Forecasting and Decision Making in the Context of COVID(IJAISR, 2023) Kuzomin, O.; Abu-Jassar Amer Tahseen; Lyashenko V.The results of a literature review on the topic forecasting and decision making in the context of COVID are presented. The aim of the paper is to analyze the statements and research results of various experts on COVID modeling and the implementation of a systems approach concept for the selection of a combination of models, hardware and software. Modification of modeling, prediction methods to control the emergence, development and elimination of the consequences of the "so-called pandemic" COVID. For the problem at hand a comprehensive solution of the COVID monitoring problem can be proposed which has a combination of different modeling techniques. We also provide specific data from the analysis based on wavelet coherence. These results are presented in the form of charts that help to understand some predictive estimates, be useful for future research , and confirm some data.Публікація Key Elements of a Specialized Complex for Solving Modeling Problems(IJEAIS, 2022) Kuzomin, O.; Lyashenko, V.Making effective decisions in any field of science, technology, industry, human life, first of all, is determined by the availability of necessary and reliable information. Such information can be obtained both as a result of experiments in real conditions and on the basis of simulation. As a result of real experiments, the information obtained may already be outdated or belated for making appropriate decisions. Therefore, modeling becomes an important tool in the process of learning and making the necessary decisions. In order for the modeling process to be most effective, it is important to take into account all its aspects. In this regard, it is relevant to create specialized complexes for solving modeling problems. Disclosure of this issue is the main po int in this study.Публікація Mobile Expert System for Diagnostic Human State in Emergency Situations(WARSE, 2020) Kuzomin, O.; Dudka, O.; Vasylenko, O.; Shylo, R.; Lyashenko, V.An obligatory stage of any purposeful activity in emergency situations (emergency) is to make decisions on elimination of the emergency consequences and assistance to the victims, and if necessary, their evacuation. Not only the wrong but also the ineffective decisions could lead to human losses or irrational use of financial, labor, environmental, energy and other resources. In this regard, the problem of developing a scientific methodology for making effective decisions is one of the pressing scientific problems. The purpose of the study is to enhance the first “rescue-victim” interaction when the rescuer or doctor asks the patient specific questions to make decisions. The biggest cost is the waste of time, which can be significantly reduced by using a chat bot conversation with emergency victim.Публікація Situational-linguistic model of Covid-19 as a tool for ensuring the prevention and management of the pandemic(Journal of Universal Science Research, 2023) Boboyorov Sardor Uchqun o‘g‘li; Kuzomin, O.; Lyashenko, V.Modeling is one of the tools for cognition and study of phenomena, processes, and objects. This approach allows you to assess the current situation and make the most effective decisions. It also becomes possible to evaluate possible solutions without negatively impacting the current situation. Based on this, the work examines the key aspects of constructing a situational linguistic model in the context of the development of a pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered such a pandemic. A generalized concept of the situational-linguistic model of Covid-19 is presented.Публікація Situational-Linguistic Modeling in Diagnostic Decision-Making Systems(IJAISR, 2022) Kuzomin, O.; Lyashenko, V.Modeling is one of the main elements of knowledge. With the help of modeling, you can study various objects and phenomena; choose the most appropriate solutions for the implementation of the necessary actions. At the same time, modeling does not have a harmful effect on the surrounding world that is being studied. Modeling allows you to set various conditions for the implementation of the model and obtain the necessary knowledge about the corresponding behavior of the processes or phenomena that we are considering. Among the different types of modeling, we single out situational-linguistic modeling. This type of modeling allows you to take into account various situations for decision making. Thus, we can talk about a situational-linguistic model in some environment. We also consider elements of a context-sensitive language for modeling.Публікація The Patient Organism Modeling for Diagnosis with the Usage of a Multi Agent Representation(WARSE, 2020) Kuzomin, O.; Dudka, O.; Vasylenko, O.; Lyashenko, V.The main ideas for building a multi-agent model of intelligent modeling for diagnosis are offered. The peculiarities of actions in a certain system of medical environment are indicated. The function of a medical agent is defined, which determines the actions that can be used by a medical agent in response to any sequence of acts of perception of medical data and knowledge. The problem of development of the specification of the problem medical agent is considered. The direction of development of the program of the medical agent is shown. Consider the requirements for the creation of reflex medical agents that respond directly to acts of perception. The requirements for the design of target-based agents are also considered.Публікація Using of Ontologies for Building Databases and Knowledge Bases for Consequences Management of Emergency(WARSE, 2020) Kuzomin, O.; Dudka, O.; Vasylenko, O.; Radchenko, V.; Lyashenko, V.The modeling of decision support for emergency consequences management is investigated. The presentation of information of injuries or illnesses of the victim when first examined by a rescuer or doctor is used to establish a diagnosis of the symptoms of the disease or to identify the consequences of the injuries. This approach is used to represent ontological data. The precedent technology for describing emergency response scenarios is presented in this article.
