    During Covid-19 pandemic, an innovative method how to learn history of the city was developed as an alternative to traditional learning in the classroom. The aim of this method is to encourage young people to acquire knowledge related to urban history via innovative technologies. The article presents comparison of the innovative apps used for local tourism in the UK and Ukraine.

    The reasons for the appearance of clichés on book covers are considered, as well as the influence of buyers and readers on this. The use of typical techniques on the cover of each genre has been analyzed, such as: the presence of a certain color scheme, stock images and the same images of the main characters.

    This article deals with the interaction of the high-level programming language Python in combination with an Arduino to create a video gesture control. The program was created with the required hardware and software. This gesture control is capable of performing various functions in the video properties, namely: video rewinding, playback and pause, volume change.

    Intelligent text recognition when creating audio books for blind people

    In the work, two variants of audio input for the children's book using Braille font "Kvasko and Katrusya", which is intended for partially sighted and blind children of primary school age, are investigated. In the first, specialized software is used to create an audiobook and announcers' voices, in the second - text recognition of the prepared original layout and automatic generation of an audio file. In order to determine a more effective technology for the production of audio applications, an expert evaluation of these applications was conducted, and recommendations were developed for the use of multimedia technologies for inclusive editions.

    Prospects for using artificial intelligence for book layout

    The purpose of the article is to explore the possibilities of using artificial intelligence for the layout of book publications. The materials of the article focus on methods of automating the work of a specialist in the field of printing production during work on the layout of a book publication. In the course of the study, modern available technologies for working on textual and visual information were considered, ways of their use were given on the example of the stages of book layout. The article also raises questions of the ethics of using neural networks for full content generation and the problem of the lack of a mechanism for assigning copyright to created images and text. In addition, the prospects for the further use of artificial intelligence in the printing business as a whole and how it can affect the production process were considered. The article contains examples of already existing technologies and patents, which confirm the possibility of their implementation in the printing process.

Almost all products on store shelves are wrapped in many layers of paper, film, and plastic, which are thrown away by consumers immediately after use.
