Raksts sniedz ieskatu pašreizējā normatīvo tiesību aktu regulējumā par labticīgā ieguvēja un publiskās ticamības principu mijiedarbību un norāda uz tā problemātiku. Raksta mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt esošo tiesisko regulējumu un tā interpretācijas, tiesu prakses atziņas saistībā ar labticīgā ieguvēja statusa atzīšanu un šī institūta ietekmi uz civiltiesisko apgrozību. Pētījuma rezultātā autors sniedz priekšlikumus taisnīgākai materiālo tiesību normu piemērošanai. // The article provides an insight on the current regulation on the interaction between the bona fide (in good faith) acquirer and the principles of public credibility and points out the problem-issues to its problems. The aim of the research is to evaluate and analyse the legal regulation and its interpretations, the judicial practice of the acquirer in good faith, also the influence of the good faith acquirer to the circulation of private law. In the conclusion of the research, the author makes suggestions for more suitable application of acquirer in good faith, and of substantive law.
