Анотація
У статті розглянуто підхід до формування теоретично-методичного забезпечення оцінки фінансового потенціалу промислових підприємств, що у сучасних умовах активізації євроінтеграційних процесів у країні сприятиме підвищенню якості управління потенціалом промислових підприємств у цілому.
Авторами складено теоретичну платформу дослідження, розроблено технологію процедури оцінювання фінансового потенціалу підприємств промисловості, яка базується на реалізації розробленого покрокового алгоритму, математичному моделюванні рейтингової оцінки шуканого показника, використанні двох побудованих шкал оцінки. Результати дослідження було апробовано на статистичній інформації промислових підприємств. Теоретична та практична значущість роботи полягає у тому, що формування теоретичної платформи базових категорій дослідження, вдосконалення методики рангової оцінки рівня фінансового потенціалу підприємства поширюють інформаційне поле теорії та практики фінансового менеджменту промислових підприємств у нестабільному бізнес-середовищі.Nowadays the industrial complex of Ukraine operates under the VUCA-world, the dominant features of which are the unpredictability of events, the dynamics of changes, the instability of situations and the uncertainty of the influence of its factors, which in general adversely affects the production and economic activity and
development of industrial enterprises. Therefore, the problem of managing the financial potential of enterprises, which is an important source of their development, becomes urgent. An important prerequisite for ensuring the efficiency of innovation-investment activity of enterprises stand financial stability, high level of financial
potential, which requires, first of all, an evaluation of this indicator. The purpose of this article is the further improvement of the theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the financial potential of industrial enterprises, which requires the formation of a theoretical platform for research and development of technology
of this indicator ranking procedure. Methods such as system analysis, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, graphical and tabular, coefficient analysis were used to achieve the goal and solve the set of tasks. The lack of a unified approach to the theoretical and practical support for the assessment of the financial potential of industrial enterprises and the existence of the need in this makes the expediency and possibility of further scientific research in this field. Summarizing the results of the conducted research allowed us to form a theoretical research platform, to develop a step-by-step algorithm for estimating the financial potential of industrial enterprises, which is based on the simulation of the calculation of the total rank of the potential by financial local indicators with the use of modified assessment scale.
The conclusion regarding to the quality of financial management of industrial enterprises is based on the results of a numerical summary rating of this indicator. Theoretical and practical importance is in the following: formation of a theoretical platform of basic categories of research, improving the method of rank assessment of
the financial potential level of the enterprise extend the information field of the theory and practice of financial management of industrial enterprises in an unstable business environment. The developed scientific and methodological support of financial potential of industrial enterprises estimation can be used in the practical
activity of financial managers of industrial enterprises regardless of ownership and size, in the activity of consulting firms, in the educational process of higher educational establishments of the country. The prospects of further research are in the expansion of both research factual base and the range of modern mathematical
models, considering the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors of the business environment.
