Анотація
The analysis of the main futures of the formation of least achieved uncertainty of measurement and the form of its expression in the accreditation process of the calibration laboratory is done. The coverage factors for the probability of 0,9545 for various laws of distribution of the measured quantity are calculated. Tables of Students coefficients for fractional numbers of effective degrees of freedom is given. The issues of ensuring the completeness and reliability of the representation of calibration and measurement capabilities are considered.
