|Abstract:||In given article have proposed technical-economic model of multi-stage structural and functional synthesis of telecommunications network (TCN). The model is represented by a system of linear differential and algebraic equations for TCN states. The model comprehensively and interconnected describes processes: topology choosing (TC) and trunk bandwidth calculation (TBC) problem for transport telecommunications network (TTCN), traffic distribution (TD) and traffic shaping (TS) which incoming to transport network and access networks connection problem (ANCP) to the edge nodes of transport telecommunications network. Variables of solving problems are parameters that associated with the distribution of investments between the stages of telecommunication systems creation and parameters that define technological features of the agreed solutions of problems: TC, TBC, TD, TS and ANCP, which is an important advantage of the proposed solutions. Structural and functional synthesis problem is presented as optimization problem, and the choice of optimality criterion allowed to provide accounting for contingent expenses negotiated solution of problems that listed above. Kind of criterion in the presence of dynamic constraints allowed to classify formulated optimization problem as a problem of optimal control of a dynamic system that has defined the list used for its solution methods.|
