Abstract

Insurance is offered as a linear approach to the model of financing and the establishment of the local structure protection system. Critical limitations of this model are the type of function in the criteria and the self test, for which the expectation is selected. A natural development of the model is taking into account for the likely damage caused by a deviation from the average upward, as is in the case of insurance, as well as the easing of restrictions on the form of the function ie, the study of possible nonlinearities.
