An algorithm for building a project team considering interpersonal relations of employees

Abstract

The setting of the problem of building a project team considering interpersonal relations between the employees was formulated. To assess the optimality of the team, a criterion is proposed that characterizes the contribution of employees to group interaction. The algorithm of solution of the problem of building a project team by the criterion of the maximum total contribution of employees to group interaction was developed. Сформульовано постановку задачі формування команди проекту з урахуванням міжособистісних взаємин співробітників. Для оцінки оптимальності складу команди проекту запропоновано критерій, що характеризує внесок співробітників у групову взаємодію. Розроблено алгоритм розв'язання задачі відбору кандидатів у команду проекту за критерієм сумарного внеску співробітників у групову взаємодію.
