Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies (ICT) is underway at an increasing rate. This is due to the demand for services for the exchange and processing of various types information. A set of interrelated and interdependent processes of identification, selection, formation of a set of infor-mation, its input into the technical system, analysis, processing, storage and transmission are an integral part of networks built on the basis of integrated use of computer and communication equipment.
