Розроблення алгоритмів та програми хмарного сервісу для розпізнавання текстів в відеопотоці

Abstract

The given work is devoted to developing algorithms and cloud service program to recognition the text in video stream. The real life video streams usually contain a lot of noise and graphical information, so the procedure of text recognition is divided into two main phases: text detection and text recognition. The text detection algorithm is based on Stroke Width Transform detector introduced by Microsoft research team. This algorithm allows to find regions on screen, which contains textual information. The text recognition algorithm is developed by using neuronal network with teacher.
