Abstract: The paper presents the flow model of adaptive routing for software - defined networks with load balancing on two criteria. The first criterion was criterion of effective of load balancing, which characterizes the network as a whole, and was minimizing of maximum link utilization. The second criterion was criterion of adapt on of load balancing, which characterized each flow sepa rately, and was associated with one of the key parameter of the quality of service - the average packet delay. The paper presents the results of comparative analysis of solutions routing problem with proposed and previously known models. It was found that using of the proposed model can improve the indicators of quality of service, including multipath delay of packets from 10-16% to 35-39% compared with the previous models of routing. The proposed routing model allows to obtain the same values of average delay along a plurality of calculated routes, which allows to minimize packet jitter caused by the implementation of multipath routing strategies.
