Анотація
The work deals with the technologies of nanodevices and microsystem technology. Specific examples and microsystem techniques are described. As a result of the inspection of modern technologies of nanodevices and Microsystem techniques, examples of existing nanodevices and techniques of nano-and microsystem techniques are considered, which will further improve one of the methods for obtaining MEMS products.
