Фактори впливу людських чинників на роботу інформаційних управляючих систем в медицині

Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of the problem of the influence of the human factor on the work of information systems in medicine. Particular attention is paid to the role of IS users both in the process of creation and in the process of exploitation of finished software products. One of the ways of eliminating the negative influence of the human factor on the efficiency, quality and reliability of the IP is proposed by the formation of users of a sustainable level of design culture. At the same time, it is necessary to attract future users of IS to formulate the requirements of the software product in order to take into account specific aspects of the work.
