Infocommunication system synthesis problem based on the representation of the designed system as an overlay network. The model used in the form of a multilayer graph allows to synthesis infocommunication systems as a single coherent entity. With the application of the model in the form of multilayer graph solved the link capacity choice problem for self-similar traffic. Comparative analysis of the proposed method with previously known show that infocommunication system synthesized by the proposed method provides less network delay.ruArticle
