An overview of functional and non-functional requirements for the NFV infrastructure and methods of their verification is presented. As a consequence of the analysis it is proposed to use the E-networks tools for modeling processes of providing services. It is suggested to use the theory of formal grammars as a tool of analysis of the network resources allocation.
