It is shown that at designing of these systems, taking into account the necessary electromagnetic compatibility is necessary to use a single nonlinear model, which allows to take into consideration the influence of stray fields on the characteristics of nonlinear elements. It is educed, that distortion of volt-ampere descriptions of semiconductor mixer under acting of the strange electromagnetic field will reduce the efficiency of frequency conversion. The analysis of converting of radio signal frequency in other frequency range is conducted.
