The influence of the dynamic viscosity index on the stability of tension and the effectiveness of several methods of applying a conductive layer (graphite powder, metallization) and the feasibility of film cutting methods (nichrome filament, diamond superfile) are considered. The degradation of metallization under the influence of high polarization voltage and the procedure for dissolving the metal coating with a weak alkaline solution are described. A comparative analysis of different headphone designs was carried out.
