The measurement results are represented by number of interval variables with not canonical distribution lows. Each interval is represented by the minimum and maximum values of dynamic variables with their measurement uncertainties. Within the intervals the dynamical variables are displayed by the histograms of measurement results values. The most and least probable values of dynamic variables with their uncertainties and probabilities are presented too. The measurement results are added with the fractal dimension, Shannon entropy and forecasting horizon time.
