This also applies to electromyography - the method of studying the human musculoskeletal system by recording the electrical potentials of the muscles. The electromyographic signal (EMG signal) is a three-dimensional process, that is, it has a vector that changes its direction in time and space. The construction of the phase portrait of the EMG signal allows us to reconstruct the trajectories of this vector and analyze its nonlinear characteristics.
