Класифіковано методи юзабіліті й показано, що для освітніх сайтів найдоступнішими та найзручнішими є методи, пов’язані з опитуванням користувачів. Розроблені рекомендації дозволяють поліпшити зовнішній вигляд та зручність роботи освітніх сайтів. The methods of evaluating and improving the usability of educational sites, and the technologies that are recommended to use for the behavioral analysis of the users of the educational online resources have been considered. The classification of the usability methods has been developed. The authors have shown that the most accessible and convenient methods for the educational sites are associated with the users’ interviews.
