Transition for Beverton-Holt, Ricker models from nonlinear kind to matrix kind was made. Simulation data were obtained with the help of Beverton-Holt, Ricker matrix models we compared with the results which were obtained with the help of Leslie model. It was shown, that the received results are coordinated well enough.
