To assess the optimality of the team, a criterion is proposed that characterizes the contribution of employees to group interaction. The algorithm of solution of the problem of building a project team by the criterion of the maximum total contribution of employees to group interaction was developed. Сформульовано постановку задачі формування команди проекту з урахуванням міжособистісних взаємин співробітників. Для оцінки оптимальності складу команди проекту запропоновано критерій, що характеризує внесок співробітників у групову взаємодію.
