The proposed solution ensures securІТy, transparency, and automation of transactions by eliminating intermediaries. The system consists of a smart contract, a Metamask-integrated web interface, and a backend for data synchronization. Testing in the Ethereum test network confirmed ІТs reliabilІТy and efficiency.
