The status and problems of issuing Diploma Supplement at Ukrainian universities have been analyzed. The methodology for DS development in Ukrainian universities according to the Ministry centralized procedure has been presented. It was approved during 5 years. The nuances and standard errors in filling the qualification forms in practice have been disclosed.
