Проаналізовано їх відмінності та на цій основі визначено, що поняття "спроможність" є більш широким. Наведена графічна інтерпретація взаємного абстрактного розташування указаних базових понять. Вперше запропоновано логічно-структуроване визначення поняття "інноваційно- інвестиційна спроможність підприємства", що дозволяє доповнити понятійно-категоріальний апарат теорії інноваційного інвестування. It has been determined definitions of basic concepts "activities", "activity", "attractiveness", "susceptibility", "potential" and "capacity" in the explanatory dictionaries. It has been analyzed their differences and determined on this basis that the term "capacity" is a broader. It has been presented the graphic interpretation of mutual abstract location of mentioned basic concepts.
