Most applications of drones have some common features: they perform predefined tasks, change only the coordinates of their location, and in some cases do not require full or even partial control by the operator. The development of a drone control system using a mobile Internet network requires a multifunctional approach and the interaction of different areas of knowledge, such as unmanned aviation, mobile communications, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and others.
