E-government has become a tool to improving the economic aspect, administrative organization, and increase and trust between the government and beneficiaries.

    The statistical approach to analyzing the flow of requests in e-governance systems is described. The function and density of the generalized distribution of the time interval between the receipt of requests is given. Two of the three possible boundary distributions do not allow the scale parameter to be evaluated as a dispersion. Описаний статистичний підхід до аналізу потоків запитів у системах електронного урядування. Наведено функцію та щільність узагальненого розподілу інтервалу часу між надходженням запитів. Два з трьох можливих граничних розподілів не дозволяють оцінювати параметр масштабу у вигляді дисперсії.

    This article is devoted to the analysis from the viewpoint of accuracy allocation of contour points, and maintaining information about the distribution of non-derivative elements. In this article is researched the edge enhancement algorithms such as Prewitt, Sobel, Laplacian, Kirsch and evaluated their work, using some well-known performance measures. Also compared the efficacy of the researched algorithms, which was determined on the selected images with superimposed noise

    Structural method of describing the texture images

    This article describes the histograms and polarograms obtained from the different types of textures using BRVAL filters. Comparative analysis of the polarograms and histograms showed that BRVAL filters description for textures in a wide range of distances and the light does not depend by the researched factors, and the level of detail segments on polarograms are inversely proportional to the increasing the number of absolute zero tending picture elements
