dc.description.abstract	Integral reliability characteristics of the monoergative computer system, one of the basic components of which is a human-operator, are examined. Mathematical models and analytical dependences of the restorable system dependability on the numeral values of the user’s competency are received. These dependences allow to define necessary expense on the improvement of the operator’s learning level, depending on the state of his current competence as an user of the technical system.	uk_UA
